Nether Seeds how to catch?

I'm stuck on Enlightenment how do I get this Nether Seeds?

Jo will give you a map to get all the seeds. The problem the part after that. You need to condense them into a nether feather but I cannot figure out how to do that because everything is in Chinese still

You can translate the Chinese parts by taking a screenshot with something like Windows snipping tool or Lightshot, copy it to clipboard with Ctrl C, then paste it to an OCR website like translate.yandex.com/ocr

Could you tell me how to find Jo? I just reached enlightenment a moment ago and thought it was the new Immortal icons on the map, but was mistaken.

Jo will show up naturally when you reach the very peak of enlightenment and are ready for breakthrough, then you'll have to go to all the populated regions and complete a fair but mildly challenging set of boss fights/survival challenges although some of them don't have one. The last one will be just on the other side of the nether mountains which are opened by finishing Agar's (The Kuafu chases the sun) quest.

The breakthrough itself requires all five seeds and you also need to be in the demon region of Chi You which isn't very clear.
To get access to that you need to do the first few parts of the Immortal Alliance questline until you get teleported to the other side of the wall to destroy a library. The bossfight for that quest is tough enough to not be damaged unless you reach Reborn realm so this is the best time to make the breakthrough.
The breakthrough itself consists of a series of bossfights against spirit birds formed from the combination of your Qi and the Netherworld Qi.
At least it should, this is why I'm here. Once I beat the first bird I get stuck in the tutorial it gives you to use the new power you just unlocked and can't progress so when you guys make it there let me know if it's just my Save that's bugged or if this is standard (I already have some issues in my save with a questline I can't finish so I wouldn't be surprised if it was just me)

When you click on the map, you get five location added on the world map.
Each correspond to a dungeon. Each one gives you a seed.
