For dear players who have encountered bug

Because this update has increased a large number of images, which can change some of the image sets, when players use some mods that can change the image sets, it may cause confusion in the game screen. If this happen to you, please cancel the mod and wait patiently for the mod author to fix them.

Also, there may be problem that affix is abnormal, if you find any problem, please join our discord server, leave feedback to us, we will fix it as soon as possible

if you meet the problem that you can't enter the game, please check the following content and see if these would be working for you:

1. Before subscribing MODs, Please kindly copy and save your previous saving files in case losing your saving file because of Bug or Mods conflicts.
2. If you have already subscribed any mods, and were not be able to loading the game, please deleting the saving files with the mod that you subscribed. How to find your saving file :Searching guigubahuang in your C drive and then you can find your saving file at : \guigubahuang\Steam\CacheData.
3. If you have already subscribed any mod and were able to getting into the game but were not able to play because of issues such as : abnormal UI, failing to load your saving file,etc, these could be caused by certain mod. Please subscribe Mods that your already have accordingly and try to load your saving files, to see which mod leaded to this problem and cancle it. If you are not be able to cancel the subscribtion of the mods, please using Steam Workshop to do this as following :find our game in your Steam Library and click Workshop. And then you can find your subscribed Mod in Your Workshop Files. If this still does not work for you, please use another file or wait for the creator of the mod to update.
4. If you haven't subscribe any mod but are still not able to get into the game, please firstly check the integrity of the game: right click our game in your Steam Library, and then click "properties" and then click "Local Files " and then "Verify Integrity of Game Files".
5. Try out non unicode language support in the language setting of OS might solve the problem.
6. If all this advice is not working for you, please contact us via : [e-mail]

In order to continue to optimize your game experience, and enrich the game content of Tale of Immortal, we have decided to pin a long-term bug and opinion collection post.
You can feedback the bugs and strange problems you encounter in the current game version on this discussion board. I would also like to ask all friends to describe a little bit the trigger situation and whether to use MOD or modifiers for archiving. We may not be able to reproduce the problem directly in the game.

I get that updates aren’t gonna be perfect when they first come out but this is ridiculous, literally some of the first new text regarding the update ( in the tutorial even) wasn’t translated.
Maybe somebody else could make it more clear for me, but is it really that hard to release update at a later time when ready for specified region, or do they have to release it everywhere for a certain region to enjoy it? I wouldn’t be so aggravated if I didn’t love this game so much, but this isn’t the 1st time this has happened.
I even emailed y'all from the link put on steam to no response.
To me at least they basically made a game using concept I’ve been wanting for years, but saying f you afterwards, you’re not a priority consumer so we’ll keep giving you half-A**** products.
Yet even when I leave reviews on steam it doesn’t seem to matter, since the majority of their customers aren’t English speaking.
please either put more effort in the English servers, I'm honestly not sure how popular it is over her but just know that I love this game, and the team for making something so wonderful, but every time you all release something like this, which clearly has no effort put into it, as far as making it more accessible, for us, i lose more love every time. also if y'all actually read this it'll be very cool if you could implement families, from destinies, like to be born in to a certain family, and to have a bunch of either rivals or allies from the beginning.

also if anyone has a link to the discord,that would be great, since devs sometime don't bother to put it in the notes of the updates when they bother to update the game.

I'm honestly not too sure about the process, but as successful as this game has been, there had got to be a way to contact Steam to ask them for advice on how to either drop updates for different languages at separate times, or to even ask them for help for a translating crew, but either or, it just doesn't show that the dev crew has been putting in effort, as far aw translating at least.

I have a completely and way more game breaking bug than something not being translated. I can't actually start the game even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. And I have no idea why.

It could be related to the "non unicode language support". To enable in Windows 11 go to Control Panel>System>Time & language>Language & region>Administrative language settings>Change system locate> click on the box for "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 worldwide language support"> Click "OK" then restart you computer. The downside to this fix is that it can create database issues in programs like Quickbooks, easy fix if that happens is to unclick the beta box and restart again.

Started a new game and every other time I enter a combat map the game freezes.

I have been having freezing issues with this game now generally for about 5 months. I am trying to be patient, this is me begging you please stabalize the "stable" branch of the game!!!

It's insane that I can't play any more, this game is WELL below my PC standard specs. A screen freezing likely means some kind of reference check error or file mismatch, please look into this, it's insane.

If someone else has figured out how to get around this.

I verified my game files and ran the game with no mods, I got the error.

I've found out that if you pause the game while the sect competition is about to end the game goes into an infinite loading screen.

I won't be an ass and report and negatively review the game for general concerns regarding the English version... It's got its issues but an early access chinese game that's got a decent English translation is pretty hard to come by. And this one can be considered pretty unique and I'd like for it to get more exposure...
