Im a true disciple and a Qi condensation while all of the elders at my sect is foundation, it says (this branch already has an elder cannot become one) if I kill the elder of my branch can I become an elder?

I can't remember exactly but the progression can be skipped. As in you can skip some ranks. I think Initiate can go straight to Core Disciple and from Core you can go to Elder or Grand Elder.

You just need the requirements listed in the promotion page.

after you surpass cultivation level of your area,you can go to next branch to get promoted.You can become leader of your current branch or join next branch.(I dont know if it actually works.)
