Where do I find body reconstruction Elixir

I've been looking everywhere for this recipe or item and I cannot find it can someone please help me with this.

you find it in town, its a recipe you have to buy you'll find it in the alchemy section right next to where you have to combine Qi fragments, along with you having necessary ingredients to make. If you're lucky maybe your sect also sells it.

Awesome, do you know which town exactly? I've been searching the towns in Yun Mo but none of them sell it all I in the wrong area?

Its buyable in all towns, but midgame to late game sell stronger versions which also use rarer mats to make

cmiiw, you need to create it with alchemy, you can buy the recipe at workshop, just like other alchemy recipe

Head to a city instead of a town. Hua Feng region
