How to get "Ethereal Cloud"?

How to get it? some one said it can drop from the mini boss on world map since start of the game.

It feels pretty random. I spent like 75 years across 2 saves and never caught sight of it.

On my third save, I got it from the Wood qi boss back in foundational level...It is so nice with +1000 travel speed at lower level. I need to wait a bit until I am high level enough to use it, but the travel speed is incomparable.

Yong Ning bosses is where I got two of them. There's an awesome egg you can get in the soul tower that gives 1k speed (as opposed to the 800 speed from cloud), 100 more charisma, and 500 focus. I love increased focus.

Who is that boss? or random drop from YongNing bosses?

i got the cosmic egg in HuiFeng not YongNing. Its in the Soul Eater Tower.

Um, the names of the area are random, so it is not really tell much. I got the cloud from the starting map boss and it is faster than the egg.

town names and sect names are random (to an extent, their names are literally just telling you what manuals they have, basically PalmFireBlade Sect)
But the names of the actual areas are the same. Yong Ning is the first are you enter after passing through the mountains.

i got one off of sixtails fire qi boss third or fourth time i killed her

You can get the Rainbow Cloud from the 3rd Zone Soul Tower on first clear. It gives 1400 Travel Speed, 500 Charisma and 2000 Max Focus.
