I would say there has to be a patch on release as the game description says only 30 minutes of story.

It needs an outside patch (check the vndb page in this thread or the other link) for the full VN. The censored version is about 30 minutes long (according to Shiravune), the full game with patch is 5 hours to 30 hours long (according to users on vndb, depending on readspeed and whatnot), it's a bit over 12 hours as a median at the moment.
