How do I access the Content editor?

It's been a while since I've played, but I saw that a content editor (scenario editor) app was released. I can't figure out how to launch or access it though. Is it no longer available?

EDIT: Okay, I figured it out - I found the executable in the game folder in steamapps. Otherwise there was no shortcut or in-game menu. Rather difficult to find compared to the previous games!

It's also found in your tools option from the steam library rather than using folders. Not worth using though, way too buggy. After a few mods and 3 maps I've shelved it. Will check back in 6 months.

Thanks for the heads up. I launched it once and realized it was way more complicated than the built-in editors in AoE2 and 3, which is a shame.
