Crafted Maps - Out of Date

When a crafted map is published, it shows up in the "My Mods" as Out-of-Date and says to unsubscribe/resubscribe.... but nothing works... constantly shows as out-of-date.

To add to this.... on the Mod screen it says, "“This mod has been published, but has pending edits awaiting upload.” - but there are no edits made. The online versions show a yellow icon with a download symbol.
