DLC still locked after buying.

Hi. Does anyone get problem with Sultan DLC still lock after buying. I try logout stream / reinstall and etc as support suggest. Please help

make sure the dlc is checked for the game. if you go to library and click on the game there is a dlc section, with 'manage my dlc' button. If checked and it doesn't download, verifying files should fix anything. If not, I have no idea.

my friend has that issue for 4 days already, he family shared the game and the dlc then to his smurf and it worked, but on his main the new civs are still locked, support has no idea what to do :D

i do the same, create a new steam account and share the game and that work, have the DLC on the smurf account
