Mods that don't break AI?

Love the "Advanced Game Settings" mod but I notice the AI trend to break (don't build or get stuck).

Is this a thing right now for mods in general? Are there some good similar mods that don't break the AI?

(I'm kinda stuck with using mods if I want to play with my crew because they absolutely will not play without ai-enemy and think 200 is too low popcap)

Unfortunately, many Mod Creators have given up trying to fix their mods after being broken each time a new Patch or Upgrade hits. AOE IV Devs did not care to help the modding community, so the result is many, if not all, Mod Creators have stopped wasting their time updating their independent works, only to see them get broken with the next AOE IV Patch.

The only thing I would suggest is try to look for the newest Mods, as they may have a better chance of working, being they haven't had to survive a Patch or Update yet. Otherwise it's just hit or miss with older Mods as their creators, out of frustration, have given up trying to fix what keeps getting broken.

That's... very unfortunate. Understandable though if that's the case.
I guess we'll just hope and pray for better times until Sanctuary: Shattered Sun releases.
