crossplat not working

booted up Aoe4 last night to go play with a few friends and it would not let me join them, could not find the cross-play setting in my settings anywhere and i looked through everything. so i could not join their party because it said i didn't have cross-play on, please fix this

You need to make sure that whoever is on GamePass in the group check that Cross-Input is enabled, which is located under the Custom Match window at the top near the Filters button option.
