Help！无法登录游戏...

我在启动游戏后弹出了“Game Config Not Found”信息框，已尝试过卸载重装、验证游戏完整性都无法解决。
“The game is exiting as it cannot load or create the game configuration data. This is due to no directory access or file/folder permissions.”
