This often happens with games which have trouble reading a texture. Can happen in almost any game that uses textures. The problem is most likely a corrupted file in the install directory.

Fix it by using steam's verify files utility. (Right click game, properties, local files, verify.).

been verify 2 times already..... :steamfacepalm:

This time I will try open the CPU case to reduce the heat inside when playing

The disk isn't full, right? That'd often cause things like that too, but it's ... pretty easy to notice. A good dusting might do the trick. Or, you know, the secondary 'usual suispects' - update drivers and such.

Anyway, good luck, and here's hoping it's not a hardware thing.
