spirit of the way mission for chinese mastery

hello the Spirit of the way landmark objectif dosnt work for the chinese mastery missions i tried every way eaven researching onlly from Spirrit of the way landmark and still nothing

That sounds like something different/ an issue local to you.

I worked through and finished the Mongol Mastery on the 24th Aug and the Rus Mastery on the 26th Aug. Yesterday I completed all the Chinese Mastery up to the bugged 'Spirit of the Way' Task.

Nah i meant i'd done the Chinese Mastery up to the 'Spirit of the Way', but obviously that one is bugged out so i haven't been able to get it done

don't hold your breath!! Any patch or quick fix results in another problem

Wouldn't surprise me if they add a fix with the upcoming DLC, forcing people to pay for it

Okay so ironically enough, i just managed to do the Mastery, what i did:

Right click the game in Steam
Choose properties
Click Betas
Where it say None , choose previous_live
Let it Update (or reverse i suppose)
It unlocked first try for me

(didn't upgrade anything except for the required upgrades
max resources
no opponent
Surrender once done)

Really hope this can help someone else also!
