sound problem after season 5 update

when I am in a game session, my audio device is immediately switched off, so I do not use any sound during the game. when I exit game session return to main menu then I have sound again.
what a ♥♥♥♥ update.... no one knows solution thank you microsoft.

I have a similar issue where the moment I matchmake in multiplayer it screws up the sound on my bluetooth headphones.. (seems to use the internal speakerphone) makes the game unplayable..

my speaker also happens to be with bluethoot connection. anyone solution ?

I am having the same issue with the audio being wired after got into the online game, MS developer please kindly fix this issue if you saw this post...
