How do I turn off the narrator reading sounds function? ナレーター読み上げ機能を切る方法を教えてください。

When I click on the "Single Player" or "Settings" item on the menu screen,
A male voice will enter in the form of an English narrator reading out "Five Slash A" and so on.
I can't figure out how to turn off the narrator reading function even though I have looked at the settings and other items.
How can I solve this problem?

メニュー画面で「シングルプレイヤー」や「設定」の項目をクリックすると、
英語のナレーターが読み上げる形で「ファイブスラッシュA」などの男性の声が入ります。
セッティング項目などを見ても、ナレーター読み上げ機能を切る方法がわかりません。
どのようにすれば解決しますか？
