Anyone seeing a pathing issue with troops?

Recently while playing against AI on a custom game with official and non-official maps we see troops rapidly moving back and forth like their pathing is broken. It's odd because it seems to happen when the game hits above a certain amount of troops on the map.

Had that a bunch. Friends think it has to do with population cap or treaty mode, if you use either of those. We thought it was the advanced game settings mod itself, which is abandoned until someone pays the guy to pay attention again.

Basically we've had to play other games until these things are added in to the base game.

Rebuilt the mod we were using and it looks like it is fixed.
