Yep, just be aware that the game redownloads the campaign videos each time you change language.
Afaik in Windows Store/Gamepass, the game uses the same language setting as Windows.
Good to know, and no, it doesn't actually, at least for me and many other users I have found online. Everything changes, but the language of AOE:IV stays my native language (I cannot play games in native anymore, it is weird).
EDIT: Maybe I need to re-download it after I have done the changes, but I am not really keen to change my entire Windows language settings (and other changes I don't like), just so that I can play AOE:IV in a different language, a thing I feel should be pretty standard as a in-game choice.
Yeah I get you. I prefer to play the Age games in English as it's easier to connect with the community. AoE 1 - 3 DE at least allow you to switch the language ingame, I wonder why they didn't do that in AoE 4.
