Does the 4k HDR video pack work with non-HDR displays?

I have a 4k (but not HDR) display and I'm just wondering if it's still worth downloading the high-quality video pack. I don't see any SDR 4k files in the game folder, but I also don't see an HDR display listed in the 4k HDR video pack's minimum requirements.

I'm trying it for my self now, i'll get back to you and let you know downloading at the moment.

UPDATE (16 MINS LATER): Yes, the videos are 4k without using a HDR monitor. so all is well.

Note: there is also an option to turn on and off HDR in the game and you can also choose 1080p videos from within the graphics settings of the game menu if you don't have 4k aswell.
