Issues with essenceEditor.exe
I've run into a problem with the Editor
I can start and run it, i can do all the stuff, but once i start to save the Mod/Map and try to continue the work on it, everytime i load up the saved mod/map the Editor starts to freeze at Scenario initializing. I've let it run for test purpose 30 minutes to see if it manages to load the mod/map but it doesn't, then i have to kill the editor.exe via task manager.....

Anyone else having this problem or had this problem and found a way to solve it?

I really love to create maps, but this editor sadness make the game unbearable for me, cause most of my joy comes from creating maps for others to enjoy

Looking for any solutions.... cause i really want to like this game and keep playing but if i can't get done my mods/maps i'll have to ask sadly for a refund cause the Product works only to 50% for me.

I've just begun messing around with the editor, and I'm having issues too. I'm only trying to do simple stuff like create a map for multiplayer. Furthest I've managed to get so far is painting the terrain, and then upon trying to move to the next step, the whole thing freezes and I have to use task manager to kill it. I was initially thinking it might be because I was pushing it too hard trying to make gigantic maps, but hearing that someone else has issues makes me wonder how solid the editor is. Soon as I hit finish, it went to the main screen, and showed a black window with something about a rendering error in it :\

I'll update this with an edit. While that particular case did totally crash and show that error, I just had one "freeze" after clicking finish, but I just left the computer alone for 5 mins, and eventually it did successfully go to the editor and show the map! Not sure if that's all you need to do or not, but glad to know at least that patience seems to be the key!
