its a 5 day trial...and frankly...its not worth more than $15 so far...sad to say as a aoe fan...stick with aoe2:de, much more fun....
so far I only enjoy the stone wall building "newness", that's about it...so quite disappointing...
itll be at that $30 again soon...and then at the same during the fall and winter sale, or even less...considering that after the hype the game died down and most players went back to aoe2:de...
And unit AI is abysmal.
it would be nice if it was download now and keep forever but no it's only a free trail for a select amount of days and a 50% discount to buy the game. I been waiting for a good discount to buy the game and now that it is here I can't afford to buy it since I'm more then broke right now lol
When they offer it as a download now and keep forever they usually let you know in a obvious way that it is your to keep forever just by downloading it.
Considering how new this game is and the company that made it, there is just no way I could see them offering it for free. It being 50% off right now makes me wonder if the game hasn't done as well as they expected so with this discount they are hoping it will cause more people to purchase the game. Personally I always thought the price tab of $59.99 was bit much but that is only my opinion.
I'm at least glad they are offering it for free for a limited time at least so I get to try it the game and see if I enjoy it enough to buy it when it goes on sale again.
