I haven't finished downloading yet but during the PUP, the Editor was within the game files as EssenceEditor.exe

Can be found in the steam local files. Look for EssenceEditor, make a short cut in desktop. Done.

The Age of Empires IV Content Editor (Beta) will be listed as a separate Library item under the Tools section. To filter your Library to see Tools follow these steps:

1. In the Steam Library, click GAMES to open a drop-down menu.
2. Select TOOLS.
3. Look for the Age of Empires IV Content Editor (Beta).

If the Content Editor is not listed in Tools, then we recommend restarting Steam and checking again.

Haven't in touch with this game for a while, is this content editor basically map/scenario editor like the previous games? If yes then i guess it's worth checking it back, that thing what makes this franchise is so addicting for me lol..
