Mongol's last campaign is broken
In Mongol's last campaign, XiangYang, Ismail unable to construct a Huihui Pao.
When you click on the Huihui Pao icon nothing happens. even I researched all the technology, and have more than 1000 rocks, still don't work.

I just completed it and didn't have any issues. I believe it costs wood to construct as well. Did you have enough wood?

you need to trade via market to get stones, funny enough the stones is the currency in this campaign to create the HuiHui Pao. So you need to guard against Chinese raiding your NPC trade allies. Your caravan trade brings back stone/gold

It works now when I played it again. Yes, I made sure the Trader's are going this time.
