arrow whistling too short

i try to play mongolian and its good but wtf appenning to arrow whistling
it written 5 second, plus upgrade its near 10 seconde buff, but in reality, i see the buff like 3 seconde... completely useless
and of course, im stuck with mastery at the mission where you need to kill 50 enemies with the buff, impossible with 3 second buff, i dont want to do a 5 hours skirmish to finish this stupid mission...

ok i finished the mastery with the campaign mission "battle of Kalka" easy because arrow buff duration is 30 second here...
5 seconde (and i more see 3 seconde personnaly) its ridiculously short, i will prefer less buff but more duration

u can use that skill again and again bcse if you read carefully it didnt say in a single use of that skill!

but i think i haved a bug, now the buff really during like 12 seconde, and its best to use it
