Also don't let someone get 15 cannons, that costs an insane amount of resources and implies you have not been pressuring the enemy enough.
vs cannons: springalds, culverines
vs late game unqiue units( like R.knights), how about YOUR late game unique unit?, spearman, crossbowmen, wollolo, AEO siege (nest of bees, mangonels, Ribauldequins)
i bet that if ur enemy had 15 cannons YOU didnt have 15+ bombards or 30-40 spirngalds or 15 culverines ready, DID YOU? and our eco and villager count was prolly lacking behind a lot.
make sure u fully upgrade your infantry defenses via blacksmith and university 10% training as well. too much beef for the knights to chew while their getting nuked by your ranged.
