Text to speech voice?

I started the game and I have an insanely loud text to speech voice who reads our everything where i put my mouse at lol. Anyway to deactivate it?

Settings->Accessibility, then scroll down to Narration and turn both off.

Same thing happens to me, but I have no audio features in the Accessibility Menu!!!

1 minutes in the game , this is a bug already. How lame is it ? I have the same issue in italian language. I am probably forced to change language to english to disable this stupid voice reading menus . and btw why enabled it by default? bah

just hit reset settings and it should be gone.

It's fixed by now, I dont know how I did it back then but its gone.
