Update for Universal C Runtime for WIndows 7 can make the game run?

I just bought Age 4 and i am using it in my low end notebook, with windows 10, but i can only play it on Low graphics.
Nevertheles, i have a much better PC in my Office wich would be able to run the game with hightier grafics, but i use Windows 7 on this machine.
So i found this "Update for Universal C Runtime" in the MIcrosoft page that says "This update allows Windows desktop applications that depend on the Windows 10 Universal CRT release to run on earlier Windows operating systems".
Anyone knows if this update will allow the game to Run in the Windows 7?
