Hallo, ich habe eine kurze Frage. Leider unterstützt meine CPU kein AVX. Kann ich jetzt AOE4 ganz vergessen oder gibt es die Hoffnung dass durch einen Patch dieses AVX nicht mehr nötig wird ? Keine Lust wegen einem Spiel eine neue CPU zu kaufen.

Das werden wohl nur die Entwickler wissen und die sind nicht hier im Forum unterwegs. Diablo 2 Resurrected hatte das gleiche Problem und da wurde es kurz nach Release weggepatched.

Even sadder when your CPU was only Released in 2017....


an AVX requirement is doing more harm than good for this game imo, Lots of people want to play it but lots of people can't because of the AVX requirement...

this is the only AoE game i guess i won't be playing because i'm not gonna upgrade my CPU just for one game.

Guess it's back to AoE 2/3

Mir geht es hier genauso.
Sehr ärgerlich zumal auf der Verpackung kein Hinweis darauf zu finden ist das der Prozessor AVX Anweisungen verarbeiten können muss.

gibt es denn mittlerweile eine Lösung/Fix um ohne AVX Unterstützung das Spiel zu spielen?

Could maker of the game Give possibility to more players and more devices ? We all love the Age of empires and wanna enjoy the newest one. Remove the avx limit to Arm windows 10 and old CPU ? Support me, if you also encountered the same issue.
