Can the Engine Stuttering be Fixed?
Or are we stuck with the annoying camera stutter forever because it's a single core engine? 120fps just feels like 30 when I move the camera despite the FPS staying the same. Not even frame capping, GSync or VSync can help.

And don't get me started on the 30FPS building destruction. WTF?

game is smooth for me so it isnt some universal problem. Its something on your hardware.

Im playing 4k 120hz HDR, smooth as butter.

whats your specs? Also do you have any fps caps and gsync settings properly being used?

If you play in exclusive Fullscreen it doesn't happen as much to notice but it's there

If using AMD, set the in game texture resolution to 90% then enable radeon sharpening at 80% you will be able to play in in High/high with 80-110 FPs and the game looks even better.

If it's not a universal problem, it's damn close. The frame timing issue is well known and practically everyone has it.

For me it's all the cutscenes and videos stutter. The gameplay camera pans too fast sometimes not too slow

Interesting. Still, not an issue im experiencing though. I have an overclocked 3090 on water and a system-wide fps cap. I guess my system has the performance headroom to spare with the extra gpu load of panning the camera so doesnt get any obvious dips.
