French mastery "In Shining Armor" doesn't work

Just finished a match with AI where I built 60+ Royal Knights from several Stables located around a Keep.
I didn't get In Shining Armor mastery after the match.
I think it might be a bug.

Mine completed just fine when I did it but I did the mastery by what it actually said "Produce 40 royal knights from a stable under the influence of a keep"

So I waited till I had a keep down, built a stable within the keeps influence range and had that 1 stable produce 40 royal knights.

End of the match it counted it.

Could be you have to have them all produced from one single stable.

Also I think if you got disconnected from the server — either due to an issue on your side, or server issues on their side — the masteries and achievements won't be unlocked.

Nah, I don't think so. I got the mastery goal from producing Royal Knights from 2-3 stables under the influence of a keep.

I built 40 from 1 stable and it worked. But people are saying they used multiple stables too, so idk might be a bug.

I also have this problem. I've tried it twice now I've tried building the stable first, then the keep, and the other way around. Neither one got me the "mastery".

UPDATE: I finally got it. Not sure what the "secret sauce" was this time, but I only had 1 keep and 1 stable. Also, I didn't research ANY technologies at the stable until my 40 Royal Knights were produced. That worked for me.

If you read the previous comments attentively you'll see people have claimed to have done it from multiple stables. I think it's the fact it has to be "Royal Knight" and not "Early Royal Knight" or "Elite Royal Knight". (Edit: nope you can make veteran knights.) A lot of the masteries are kind of unintuitive and stupid.

I just checked the replay where I gained this mastery.
1: The knights were upgraded to veteran. You need a keep, which you can get in 3rd age at the earliest, after all.
2: I built them from two stables. One should also work fine, of course.

Now, I don't know if the Red Palace counts as a keep for this purpose, but I wouldn't chance it. Neither do I know wether, if you build several stables, you have to produce 20 knights total or 20 from one of them. I would make sure you produce 20 from at least one of them, just to be sure.

The biggest culprit is probably if you lose connection to steam during the game. Now, it seems to be more forgiving than some games - it won't shut down your game - but that will still invalidate the match for achievement/mastery purposes.

it's been confirmed that you can do it with 2 stables, and you tell him 1 stable, and you tell him to "read the requirements attentively"? Lol I don't mind the narcissism or even the cannibalism but this sass has to stop buddy. This guy asked for help and you give him incorrect info sprinkled with sassoning salt
