Rus warrior monks are a pain to use

I want to use them as healers since Im currently just spamming the muskets and cannons and they keep running ahead into combat (and with my set up, just dying since there are no melee units) instead of priortising healing and there is no option to do so. You can have them hold position but you have to remember to trigger it everytime you move them and their healing range isnt that far, even with the upgrade.

Same stuff, they're a fun unit but they keep suiciding. You have to select them to a separate group and remember to press V so they hold their ground. Requires a bit more babysitting, but try it.

Hold ground stops them from suiciding but also either stops their healing or serverly limits it. Also hold ground is also a pain in the ass to use since you need to toggle it on everytime you move the unit, no idea why they thought that was a good idea.
