Age insider rewards missing

Does anyone have that problem also ? i am insider since the start but the game dind't gave me the reward for it. so just curious, i've i am the only one ?

What reward? Preorders and deluxe editions get rewards but insiders don't. Do you mean the forum badge?

No not the badge, but the specail reward like monument with fishingboat and that kind of things sorry for my bad english i am not so good with it

Oh right yeah that is for the deluxe edition only. Did you buy that edition? I'm afraid I can't help with that as I don't have it.

i have also bought deluxe edition those reward i have. so that not it but where those reward are like wolfmonument or new coat of arms and so on there also stand a Age insider things to get. when youre a age insider thank for youre response anyway i apricait it .

I am also curious about this. The extra banner border options are the reason I signed up for insider, but the rewards have never unlocked.

I have just unlocked a Delhi banner but i can't find it in my adding banner options....

I am also a member, but the they are still locked in game despite connecting the accounts. Sucks.

I found it, it was my mistake.

My main menu showed that i unlocked a banner, this was incorrect because i unlucked a sigil. (In the banner options. The progress showed a banner sign)

The rewards are going to be handed out to your age insider connected mail, but those are aparently pending rn.
Meaning: Noone has them yet and they still have to implement the way to receive these.

You are not alone, alot of ppl in the official forums already complained that there is no way to get the profile pic/monument rn.
