You can't rotate buildings. That option is left out. People have been asking about it on the official forums but they didn't add it yet.

Kinda weird how buildings sometimes rotates by themselves, but you cant do it manualy

Yep, you can't, welcome to 2021, Relic Entertainment. You also can't change your faction color as well. Though all of the fing idiots on YT are giving it 10s, makes sense.

I found the Solution - how to rotate buildings!
So: for example, we want build the House - this is 'Q' key for create the house.
If you press couple of times on associated key - 'Q' - you will see that house has rotated.

How do you rotate your buildings?
Can't figure it out and I guess the game's only been out a couple hours so there's no answers online. Need my buildings to be facing the right way, lol.

You can't. But you can rotate your camera so you are seeing the side you want.

Oof, that's really not a thing you can do? It's one of the first things you end up doing when playing games like this. Tried getting that abbey or whatever the tutorial wanted me to build to not be facing backwards, lol.
