Is it worth it buying for 19$ for standard edition or 25$ for Deluxe edition?

In my region its 19$ for standard edition and 25$ for Digital Deluxe.My question is which one to buy?

yes free dlc included in std edition aswell as digital deluxe, i would suggest order std as fast as possible
