What is in the 4K HDR Video Pack?
I presume it is only movies and no actual gameplay?

yup. video content is usually pre-rendered. Doesnt make sense to ship everyone 4khdr footage and take up the drive space when many people are still 1080p and even at 4k theres only a very small fraction of people with hdr capable screens.
