What's the difference between Standard and Deluxe?

What's the difference between the Standard and Deluxe? I'm not sure which one I should get.

Thanks! It looks like not a huge benefit to upgrade to the next pack. Do you know if the in-game content such as Coat of Arms, Player Profile portrait, and Monument add any value in the game play (or it's just a digital content to look at)?

I have never play Ages of Empire. I'm looking to buy this game as a gift. haha

I honestly have no idea what they're good for. They said they'll tell us more later. I have enough faith in the franchise that I preorder this game, especially considering that some community figures like DauT apparently quite liked it as well that I heard that it will allow more casual play.
