Stuck on Road 96 (The area)

right up on that path with the road down to right and the fence on right.
There is now a road block where you normally slide down and get to waterfall, and the Fence is also open.
There is no interactions above the block and going through the fence lead to a unusable (RED) Zipline.

There should be an item at the start of the zip line. Shouldn't be that far from where you see the (red) zipline interaction point.

There was nothing at that area when i played it twice yesterday.
It lays there now.
