*Spoiler* Question about the motel event

Okay, so in an event with the motel and the police lady there is this locked room from which someone is clearly calling for help. There is also secret room with a letter about a guy being hunted by the killer. But can you do anything? There seems to not be dialogue about that during any point of our stay there.

It could be either an easter egg (an inside joke?) or one the Black Bridgades kidnapped by Jarrod. I don't know. I have the same question.
Did you find the phone number to call Robert?

Yes and I did, he didn't say anything and just hung up four times.

In one of miy games he answered me, then I tried to blackmail him (the choices were that or hang up) and he threatened me, but nothing else happened. So, in your case, maybe is Robert who is the room and the game will end with him kidnapped or killed by Jarrod 🤷‍♂️
