96-112 to inform about Black Brigade activities (gives you money and raises abstention).
96-555 to donate for Tyrak's campaing (10 $ and raises abstention)
96-777 to donate for Florres' capaing (10 $ and raises vote intention)
35-362 Roger's (leader of the Black Brigades) phone. You can try to blackmail him, but I never could get anything.

Have you find any other number??

These numbers are all I've found, however, there is one other (so far) I have come across. IT DOES NOT WORK. It is upsetting it does not work, cos that is a great way to hide the easter eggs. But alas, they did not :(.

So, in one of John's episodes, where he is at the truck stop, using the phone, yelling at robert about Alex. If you listen to him, after he hangs up with Alex you will hear this: (recorded from game)

Here you will hear 5 DTMF tones. These tones decode to 51991 Unfortunately the number just plays the SIT tones and the intercept message saying the number is not in service.

Unlock the story where you find Black Brigade's hideout (a bar)
after completing the mission, you can call the number and snitch on them to get $30
but that would raise "Apathetic" rate if you do so
