Muffled Screams in Room 109 "Suspicous minds"

If you go near the door in Room 109 you hear muffled screams Is that part of the story?

Yep heard that, wasn't any icon I could find to figure out what was going on though. Not even one for one of your unlocks later on, so no idea what was going on.

There are loads of cigarettes in a nearby room, so the Jaord theory could be true. I scratched off the faces before getting to either room so not sure if it's knockable
