Road 96, Game Save Location?

Does anyone know where it's at? I've found some online sources for W10 that are not accurate. Such as: steamapps and open it. Over here you’ll see the compatdata folder and inside that will be the 1466640 folder. I don't see this folder as described.

I'm looking at a Steam Library>SteamApps> Common>Road 96>Save. But this folder is tiny, only 51 bytes. Inside is a Steam_autocloud.vdf. Maybe I need to turn off Cloud Saves? I'll try that and see what happens. I just want the abiity to save the game at a particular point and recall it to that point. My impression is that Cloud Saves have limit flexibility in a game that just wants you moving forward.
I'll report back after I play a segment with the Cloud Save feature turned off.

Turning off the Cloud Save feature, just seemed to turn it off, Same file was there, do not see a new local save generated there, but there has to be one somewhere on my computer.

Just found it, my man. I believe it's these: C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME_HERE\AppData\LocalLow\DigixArt\Road 96\Saves
