Can Flores have the lead?

Is there a possibility for Flores to have a lead in the polls?
I managed to get her to 49% by picking the "vote" options in the dialog and donating to her campaign.
Is it possible for her to lead in the polls?

spraypaint vote flores at the cave with every kid
any dialogue that mentions her choose it
persuade other characters
stuff up the tyrack interview with the movie camera
try not to die or get arrested but one death while crossing the border is a sacrifice that has to be made vs the sonya show=eventually the real news instead of fake news
save zoe and she will save you but she needs a yellow walkman
stop alex from building the bomb and diffuse the bomb at the end
don't tell the cops where the transmitter is=protect john and protect the transmitter but don't become a brigade
stop jarod from killing sonya
always help stan and mitch
be nice to the female cop but cross out all of the faces on the wanted poster
if ya get it right flores will win

those are some of the things to do
i won the game=good ending as flores with a landslide victory but i never got her to be in the lead just very very close at the end
what you decide counts to what happens at the end

i have all of the achievements from going that path

No, it's capped at 49%, GNN is Tyrak news ;)
She still wins by a landslide if the rest goes well.

You don't need to do everything perfect, I got the landslide victory with all teens killed or arrested. (14 of em). Dialog choices, posters and spray a couple vote tags in the cave (I only had 3 vote tags, but a lot of teens to vandalize posters with)

to get the "good" ending you don't have to do all of those things.
I didnt vandalise posters, didnt mess up the "intervue with the camera" (that much)
Didnt always chose" Flores way" when mentioned.

All that matter is the end having Zoe alive (and i guess it helps having done a sort of neutral play through), and im pretty sure Alex need to be disarming the bomb not arming it, not getting bear shot by other bear.
