Cannot create bridge to leave starting dungeon.

I saved and quit right after walking through the portal after the tutorial mobs. The first switch removed the vines but the second switch does nothing. No bridge to cross so I assume I have to start a new game. Likely due to quitting the game before triggering it.

Tried to bug report in game, but fails every time.

Edit: Immediately after this post I realized a save/reload fixes the issue. For anyone with a similar issue, try that first.
