was looking for a great spell, the Flame Torrent, that is supposed to be on top of a tower in a locked chest. However, the chest didn't containted the spell. Is it possible, that it is a random chance, or can i get the spell from other source? If its a bug, that it didn't swpawnted, how can it be fixed?
