How to sneak and craft arrows?

For sneak you go in crouch position, for crafting arrows you will need a recipe that you can buy or find looting. You craft arrows at the workbench at the blacksmith.

I found arrows to be pretty much worthless, my sword or a spell does a lot more damage.

Sneak + Bow is currently OP, but also very satisfying.
The bonus you get from sneak attack skills could be toned down a bit.
