Vendors in Cuanacht buy them, but for a small value. If you have worthless or cheap armor and weapon you may better disassemble it at the blacksmith, and use the component to make armor or even better, arrows, Anyway, I'm using often the bow and I'm in big need of arrows, so it's better to make them.

U must find a dude who fences. In cunacht city hes around the back of the upper area u gotta crouch to get in his place. Very distinct character and has lines. Ull know him when u find him

You can disassemble items? How? I don't see any way to do that.
