Inventory Management Woes

Please consider making alchemy and cooking ingredients weightless. Or give us a stash early-on to store things.

I spent so much of the game trying to decide what item(s) to drop, that it's getting really frustrating and takes away from the overall fun of the game.

It would also be helpful if we could see item stats when we hover over them in a corpse.

A small trick I used to effectively store crafting materials etc. :

Sell them to a vendor of your choice. You will be able to buy them back should you need them, the buy back prices are the same as the selling prices, so you do not lose any money doing this. The buy back lists are also saved, so you don't have to worry to save and quit and come back and your stuff is gone.

Yeah i'd also like to see different pictures for some of the potions, alot of them look exactly the same and it can cause some confusion eh?

I often find that the cook in the museum is always awake, staring blankly at nothing. That makes him a convenient storage merchant for me.

they should back it so when you drop items they all go into one bag on the floor as the bags they use for stuff like the clothes and other stuff appear all other the place and a great distance away when dropping lots of stuff in one go

There is. I assume the people above just missed it or it was added more recently before we started playing.

I will point out in-case others haven't realized this while on the topic of stash, anything in the stash is automatically available for the crafting stations in the hub area (haven't tested if stash items are available in outside crafting stations yet). So feel free to store all crafting items every time you come across a stash.

It's a recent change. I created this thread a little over a year ago.
