The word is silent Quest

So I just cant find the Prior for this level one quest. I finished the game, restarted as a new char and still nothing.

Did anyone manage to find the guy?

Pretty sure in the early versions it was a quest you got by reading one of the letters in the tutorial dungeon, but as far as ive seen its not triggered anymore, not sure if it was (re)-moved by accident or on purpose though

You get the letter that starts the quest after you leave the Asylum, at the beach before sailing out. But there seems to be no follow up anymore, if there ever was one

I believe this quest is something from future updates. Mb something they forgot to delete also but it was in the demo so I bet on future content.

I'm not kidding you I've spent hours trying to do this quest, even climbing up the mountains and falling to my death. It has to be future content. I have found no evidence aside from the not on the beach at the beginning that this mission continues in anyway.

It's been a while since I've done this quest so I don't remember all the details. You need to speak to Brother Riagan in The Horns of the South. At first it seems the quest ends with nothing coming of it, but when you come back to him later, he basically tells you he changed his mind, arranged to retire or something to that effect so he can go look into it. Regardless, he doesn't leave to the rest of the game and you can still use his services.

Can confirm what Dhael is saying. Having recently done it now in its 1.0 release.
Found a dead priest outside the Asylum, after exploring the island. Completely forgot about the quest for a while, then I talked to Brother Riagan who is on the east side of the keep where you got the blacksmith and all other merry keepers.
He'll still dismiss what you're saying, but just return to him again at a later point and you'll be able to show him the rest of the notes & get the quest completed.

Feel like that's an ongoing theme with many of these NPCs, "return to them later", like the lady who is now my "infinite" source of jewellery (time gated).

If the quest is still not working for you, I guess you got a bug that screwed everything up. Seen that happen to many, and I think it might have happened to a flower quest I got.

Completed this quest by talking to the priest in the keep..also, he sells a nice healing spell for new battle mages

Yeah make sure you have the note in your inventory and talk to the guy, then exit conversation and talk again to finish the quest.

anyone knows the name of the note? I think he devs messed up (HELLO DEVS) by making this quest item a SALEABLE/DROPPABLE item... as is usual in many buggy quests in newly released RPG games...

Also is this the "Prior"? all he has is "open shop" - im guessing since i might have sold the note..this quest is perma bugged for me
