in skills, under dexterity, you can increase the parry window by +0.1/+0.2 seconds, those dramatically help do successful parries. There is also a skill that has a 5%/10%/15% to stun an enemy when you parry them.

I do not appear to take any damage when I get a successful parry.

Same story - cant parry. Took all perks to extend window - nothing, took parry dagger thats doubles parry window - STILL cant parry

Edit: found the answer in another thread - to parry you need to tap block in time, not to hold it...

so, most basic enemies can be parried quite easy, but I've found parry window and direction is a bit inconsistent, esp when moving, so to parry high-level enemies - is to take too great of a risk - dodge is a lot more reliable, and parrying low level mobs just a waste of time, its a lot more easy just to one shot/one hit them

What irony! Before reading this thread, I had the opinion that the parry window was off by about 0.2 seconds.
