It's okay, a bit rough around the edges but it's in development so that's to be expected.

Its good.
It has an improved combat system from skyrim.
Dialogues are mostly fine, only sometimes they are a bit worse
Its main issue is atrocious balance... not just bad, its atrociously bad.
And of course classical early access stuff with unfinished and unpolished things

plays like skyrim or amalur with unique lore, spells are weapons that can be equipped, progression of skills by doing and ability trees and ability advancement as you level. if you like the genre worth it in early access and what i can see from what's been done for 0.9 progressing nicely.

march should bring 0.9 update if hesitant i would wait for that content as 0.7 stuff and nda prevents 0.8 being included, are not going to be able to use saves they have.

Do you have nostalgia for Skyrim and miss it? Then it's good.

If you don't and/or can't get behind 'lower end' graphics, than it's probably bad.

The core audience I think will be the people who've had enough of trying to install 1000 mods in Skyrim to update it. The challenge of course will be to make sure it's better so it doesn't just become people whining 'Just play Skyrim' instead
Its great, as long as the story and the exploration are good the game will do fine, remember that Skyrim had a stupid as-s main quest, but as always bethesda has amazing exploration and some very good sidequests so that saved the game, at least for me.

Combat here can be tuned with some mods to make it harder or easier, remember that these kind of games can attract the attention of those Skyrim modders that are still waiting for ES6, and those guys deliver a lot of content, if they show the same passion here we are golden.

What's playable now is rough but it's Early Access so that's expected. I'm sad that there's not more to it right now but I had lots of fun.
If you enjoy games like Gothic, Morrowind, or Oblivion - Yes - Otherwise the jank may deter you: https://steamcommunity.com/id/BAEuro/recommended/1466060?snr=1_5_9__402

A bit rough on the edge but really enjoyable !
It'll do the job for at least a playthrough. For more, we'll have to wait the final release.

follow Wolfhearts videos about coming content if interested they are semi official i think.
No thanks. I don't waste my time on streamers. I dislike video format, I prefer reading, I'm less passive that way, it's better for the brain in general.
Now that I'm more or less up to date, it's easier to follow dev' logs.
Fantastic! A bit rough sometimes though for sure but fantastic! By far one of the best RPGs I've played in a long time.

Doing best not to get salty, but this post is simply misguided and\or misleading.
There are no mods, see for yourself...

Read some posts on modding Unity engine games, this covers most points: https://discussions.unity.com/t/can-users-modify-your-game/429993/6

Rumour is mod tools forthcoming for TG:

...but if they are not being created as the game is being developed, then don't hold your breath.
...writing extra [modding] tools to do this that would be available with the runtime is missing the point of why you are using Unity.
Basically you think the problem is that people aren't making their Unity games mod friendly, when in reality what is happening is that Unity is built in a way that makes mod support an extra - very specific - goal of development. Whereas in Bethesda games for example [modding their games] is just a by product of the process.

I've played extensively through the two zones available in Early Access, leveling to level 50.

My opinion is that the game is great, it's a mix between Skyrim (open world, quests, story, RPG elements) and Dark Souls (dark atmosphere, focus on survival, challenging combat), but closer to Skyrim.

If they polish it and keep quality steady over the new areas, it is promising to be a great game.
